You can return the product with it’s initial form within 7 calendar days after the delivery. To return the product, the original package, factory labels and seals, as well as the documents confirming the fact and the conditions of purchase for the indicated product, must be saved.

The product that you bought from our office can be returned to the same store within 7 days.
To return the product You will need the sales receipt and passport. If you made the purchase by card, please present the same card along with other documents for us to put back the money.
We will give back the money only when we receive the refund approval. In case of undergoing payment issues, we will contact You for more details.
We draw your attention that the money refund depends on the speed of bank operations processing and can be up to 30 banking days.
PURCHASE FROM ONLINE STORE
- Once you received the order, within 7 days enter your private account and select a product for refund.
- Attach the refund application to the product. Pack all the belongings for refund to the package next in the box.
